  1. Does Milk Room take walk-ins?

    Yes - we reserve two of our eight bar seats for walk-ins. We cannot guarantee availability, however.

  2. What should I do if I am running late?

    If you are running late, please email info@milkroomchicago.com. Please note that all reservations in Milk Room are limited to two hours, which start at the beginning of your noted reservation time. Unfortunately, if you are late to your reservation, your time in Milk Room cannot be extended past the end of your two hour block.

  3. Is Milk Room available for private parties or groups of two or more?

    Yes. Please contact info@milkroomchicago.com for parties of two or more, or to book the entire space for a private event.

  4. I have a Milk Room gift card. How do I book my experience?

    If you have a Milk Room gift card, please call (312) 792-3535 or email info@milkroomchicago.com. Our dedicated staff will secure your reservation to ensure your deposit is deducted from your gift card, not your credit card.

  5. How do I transfer a ticket?

    To transfer a ticket, log into your Tock account at profile.tocktix.com. Once logged in, select "Your Tickets" on the upper right. To transfer a ticket, click the "Transfer" button next to the specific ticket. Note, you can only transfer tickets to another guest who has a Tock account.

  6. How far in advance can I purchase a ticket?

    Milk Room is currently booking tickets through March 26, 2016. Check back for updates on future ticket sales.

  7. What about allergies or other dietary restrictions?

    Please alert us to any allergies or other dietary restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate them.

  8. What does my booking for the Milk Room Experience include?

    Your $50 deposit is used to hold your bar seat, and will be applied to your final bill. Please note that the $50 deposit is per person, rather than per party. Cocktails start at $18.

  9. Where should I park?

    Valet parking is available at 71 East Madison Street, near the corner of Michigan Avenue. Self parking is available at the Millennium Garages, off Michigan Ave.

  10. Where will I be seated during my Milk Room experience?

    Milk Room is made up of eight backless bar stools at a communal bar.

  11. Where are restrooms located?

    Restrooms are located on the hotel's mezzanine floor.

  12. Does Milk Room offer a food menu?

    Yes. Executive Chef Pete Coenen has a curated menu of shared plates available.

  13. Can children accompany adults in Milk Room?

    No - we cannot permit any children in Milk Room.
